Lahontan
is nestled in a secluded valley just moments from the clearwater
shores of north Lake Tahoe. It is a magnificent parkland
of forested knolls, rugged rock-faced ridges and smooth,
spring-fed meadows gently etched by the flow of a year-round
trout stream. Towering Jeffrey, Lodgepole and Ponderosa
pines mingle with willows, fir and aspens throughout the
community. Master plan calls for approximately 450 homesites
with nearly half of the 720 acres dedicated to open spaces
and the golf course. Lahontan showcases a magnificent Tom
Weiskopf designed 18 hole golf course, a boat house and
lodge designed to accommodate golf members needs.
